WALLETERAS® Limited 3-Year Warranty

WALLETERAS® products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for three years from the original date of purchase.

What Is Covered

This limited warranty covers defects caused by the materials or workmanship used to manufacture the product. Covered defects may include faulty stitching, defective hardware, or material separation resulting from a manufacturing issue.

What Is Not Covered

This limited warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Scratches, scuffs, stains, stretching, fading, or discoloration
Natural leather patina or changes in appearance caused by regular use
Natural variations in leather grain, texture, color, or markings
Accidental damage, misuse, neglect, or improper care
Damage caused by water, excessive moisture, heat, chemicals, or improper storage
Damage caused by alterations, modifications, or third-party repairs
Lost or stolen products
Damage to cards, cash, identification, or other personal property carried inside the product

Natural variations and changes in leather are characteristics of the material and are not considered manufacturing defects.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, contact WALLETERAS® and provide:

Your order number or other valid proof of purchase
A description of the quality issue
Clear photographs showing the entire product
Clear close-up photographs showing the affected area

Additional photographs or information may be requested before the claim can be reviewed.

Approved Warranty Claims

All warranty claims are subject to review and approval by WALLETERAS®.

If a claim is approved, a replacement product will be shipped. If the original product, model, material, or color is no longer available, WALLETERAS® may provide a similar product of comparable value at its discretion.

Warranty replacements are not eligible for a cash refund or store credit unless required by applicable law.

A replacement does not begin a new three-year warranty period. The replacement remains covered only for the remainder of the original product’s warranty period.

WALLETERAS® reserves the right to determine whether an issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect under this limited warranty.

Your Legal Rights

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state, province, country, or other jurisdiction.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WALLETERAS®’s obligations under this limited warranty are limited to replacing an approved defective product. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations on implied warranties or liability, so some of the limitations stated in this warranty may not apply to you.

Nothing in this limited warranty excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or modified under applicable law.
